We suggest that you ship returns using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex, or U.S. Postal Service ,Please include a copy of the invoice inside the package. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  The time of exchange of the product may vary according to your location.

You may email us with the you would like for an exchange .any additional charges will be refunded or charged to the card we have on file. Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving the package.
